😇 Long-term loyalty: Two-thirds of you (67%) have been using Wavebox for 2+ years. Nearly 30% have stuck with us for over 5 years. This kind of retention isn't something we take for granted—it tells us we're building something that genuinely becomes part of your daily workflow!
🏠 Daily engagement: 39% of you spend 8+ hours per day in Wavebox. That's not just browser usage—that's "Wavebox is where I work" territory. Another 58% spend 6+ hours daily. You've made Wavebox your home base, and that's an incredible responsibility we don't take lightly.
💬 Recommendations: Nearly 80% of you have actively recommended Wavebox to others. 43% of you have recommended us multiple times to different people. This organic word-of-mouth has been our most powerful growth driver, and it's because you believe in what we're building.

- Better organization of work and projects - Groups, Spaces, and Profiles give you the structure you need to stay productive.
- Improved focus and reduced distractions - Focus Mode and intentional app organization help you maintain concentration.
- Never missing important notifications - Unified notification management and unread badges mean nothing falls through the cracks.

We also asked what's frustrating you, and we want you to know: we're listening!
The top 3 challenges you reported:
- Mobile app limitations (25%) - This was by far the most mentioned challenge. Many of you travel, work remotely, or simply need access to your organized workspace when you're away from your desk. We’re actively working on mobile support and will share an early preview early next year.
- Performance issues (20%) - Heavy users push Wavebox hard (800+ tabs isn’t uncommon). We’ve prioritized memory usage and startup performance — recent releases reduced memory overhead for large Profiles (see release notes), and more improvements are in the pipeline.
- Learning curve and complexity (15%) - New user onboarding could be smoother, and the sheer power of Wavebox can be overwhelming at first. We’re currently working on simplifying onboarding, adding interactive tutorials, and improving first-time setup.
These are real issues affecting your daily experience, and they deserve our attention, and rest assured that we are working on these today.
🎯 What You Want Most

When we asked what improvements would have the biggest positive impact, your priorities were crystal clear:
Top 3 requested improvements:
- Mobile compatibility (38%) - Whether it's iPhone, Android, or iPad, you want Wavebox on the go. We hear you loud and clear!
- Improved performance and speed (35%) - Faster loading, better memory management, smoother operation. You told us Wavebox is the best so far, but can be even better!
- Enhanced AI/automation features (21%) - You want Wavebox to be even smarter and help you work more efficiently. A brand new Brainbox is coming in January 2026.
Also high on the list: more onboarding and tutorials (16%), more customization options (15%), and more app integrations (14%).
