PDF Files

What happens when you click on a PDF file depends on the app you are using at the time. However, in most instances, it will open as a preview in the app or in a new tab.

Open in Wavebox (Default)

• Click on the PDF file - it opens in-situ in the app you are using
• Right-click on the PDF file - choose from these options:
  • Open link in New Tab
  • Open link in Docked Tab
  • Open link in Split View
  • Open link in New Window
  • Open link in Current Tab
  • Open link in Incognito Window
  • Open link in Group
  • Open link in Space
  • Save Link As...(profile)
  • Copy Link Address

Download PDF Files Instead

You can download PDF files instead of opening and viewing them in Wavebox. To do this:

• Open Settings and click on the General Tab.
• Enable Advanced Mode (if not enabled already)
• Type "PDF" in the search box top-right
• In the search results, go to:
  • Advanced
  • Toggle ON > Download PDF files instead of opening
